KATY PERRY RELEASE BEHIND-THE-SCENE (BTS) OF HER "SMILE" AN ALBUM COVER SHOOT IN "TEARY EYES" VIDEO

 Katy Perry is giving fans an in the background take a gander at the lively collection cover photograph go for her new album, Smile.

On Friday (Sept. 4), the 35-year-old popular star shared the music video for her new melody "Teary Eyes," which highlights real outtakes of the artist truly playing around during the photograph meeting for Smile's cover, shot by Christine Hahn.

"Behind the Smile of the album cover shoot: before I even knew I was going to have an album, I wanted to do a photoshoot that encapsulated the journey to pure joy," Perry captioned a teaser of the "Teary Eyes" video on Instagram. "Thank you @christinehahn for executing my vision."

In the three-minute "Teary Eyes" cut, Perry is seen moving around on set in a similar larger than average blue-and-white checkered jokester outfit and the red nose is worn on the front of Smile. The video additionally finds the vocalist relaxing on a multi-secured couch and getting a whipped cream pie tossed at her face.
