A powerful performance by Jennifer Hudson

Jennifer Hudson closed out night three of the 2020 DNC with a moving rendition of "A Change Is Gonna Come."  



Joined by two piano players and a saxophonist, Hudson belted out the Sam Cooke melody from the Chicago Cultural Central, her amazing voice repeating through the vacant space. 

Hudson's presentation followed Sen. Kamala Harris' acknowledgment of the bad habit presidential assignment. "It's not about Joe or me," she stated, alluding to presidential chosen one Joe Biden, "it's about us."
The third night of the Democratic National Convention additionally included exhibitions by Billie Eilish and Prince Royce. Eilish asked watchers to "vote like our lives rely upon it." Royce, addressing Billboard after his appearance, said that "we need the sort of pioneer that speaks to our nation's qualities and can appropriately manage the pandemic that has been lopsidedly influencing our nation." 

Previous Rep. Gabby Giffords, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, and President Obama were among different speakers.
